This machine is easy to use and designed to provide therapy with comfort thanks to the humidifier and the heated tubing.

FEATURES

Fully-featured AutoCPAP Machine

A premium auto-adjusting obstructive sleep apnea machine with advanced features for your sleeping comfort. Features built-in wireless connectivity.*

Detects Sleep Onset

AutoRamp™ with sleep onset detection starts by delivering low pressure for greater comfort. Then, after detecting that you’ve fallen asleep, it gradually increases the pressure to the prescribed level.

Intuitive Interface

An intuitive and easy interface enables you to just press start and go. It also provides feedback on your therapy every morning and makes it easy for you to change comfort settings.

Consistent Humidification

The HumidAir™ humidifier and a ClimateLineAir™ heated air tube are designed to automatically deliver optimal temperature and humidity, for a more comfortable experience.

Built-in Ambient Light Sensor

The light level of the screen adjusts to the brightness of the room. So, if you need to get up during the night, the screen’s backlight won’t disrupt your bed partner. The light also turns off automatically.

Setting up Your ResMed AirSense 10 CPAP Machine

Your new ResMed AirSense 10 AutoSet CPAP machine is designed with simplicity in mind, ensuring an uncomplicated setup and user-friendly operation.

Follow the easy steps outlined below, complemented with the accompanying video or downloadable user guide, to set up your machine and start enjoying a comfortable sleep apnea therapy experience. We recommend watching the video for a visual guide, including instructions on setting up the built-in HumidAir Humidifier and more.

  1. Remove the device from its packaging. Connect the power supply and plug it into a power outlet.
  2. Your device includes a built-in HumidAir heated humidifier for an optimal sleep therapy experience. Fill the water tub to the maximum level indicator with distilled water, close the tub, and insert it into the side of the device.
  3. Connect the air tubing. If your machine comes with a slimline tube, connect it directly to the back of the device. If you received a ClimateLineAir heated tube, hold it by the orange cuff, align it with the connector port, and push until you hear a click, indicating it's securely in place.
  4. Attach your CPAP nasal mask to the tube.
  5. Your device is now set up and ready for use. Simply press the start button to begin your therapy.

With these straightforward instructions, setting up and adjusting the pressure on your ResMed AirSense 10 CPAP machine will be a breeze. For more detailed information, refer to the video guide here : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gOGkJvSPhsM

FAQs

What is the life expectancy of a ResMed Autoset Airsense 10?
In general, CPAP machines last for up to 5 years. With proper maintenance, they can last up to 8 years. CPAP masks on the other hand should be replaced several times per year.

What is AutoSet mode on the ResMed AirSense 10?

The AutoSet Response comfort setting allows for gentler air pressure increases and a better night’s sleep for patients with high pressure intolerance. This device also has Expiratory pressure relief (EPR™), which maintains the optimal air levels during inhalation and reduces pressure during exhalation.

How do I know if my CPAP pressure needs adjusting?

An indication that your pressure is too low is that you have symptoms that feel like untreated sleep apnea. You will likely notice daytime sleepiness, difficult breathing, headaches and a generally lower quality of life. Always talk to a healthcare professional before adjusting your machine’s pressure.
